Product returns Dead On Arrival (DOA)
You have the right to return the products you bought within 7 days of receipt (7 days DOA) and request a replacement in the following cases:
- Receipt of incorrect products (other than those ordered)
- Products with aesthetic problems
- Defective products during first use
In case damaged packaging, the customer must not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning and request its replacement, after consultation with the COMPANY. The CUSTOMER is entirely responsible for the quality and quantity control of his order upon receipt, as after signing with the carrier the COMPANY does not recognize any wear and tear. In case of any problem, please contact us immediately before signing the relevant document of the transport company.
In the event that the product is returned to our headquarters and no problem is found, the customer bears the transportation costs incurred for his case.
If you receive a product that has differences compared to its description when purchasing on our website, you should inform the company BEFORE using it.
Otherwise, the company has the right to refuse its return.
Regarding the furniture, before assembling it, a detailed check should be made for any factory aesthetic defects (scratches, etc.) or damage. No return of furniture with a manufacturing or aesthetic defect after assembly will be accepted.
You can request a refund if you do not wish to replace the product, but in this case you are only entitled to the value of the product - and not any costs incurred in the original delivery of the product to you.
The online store reserves the right to refuse the execution of an order/sale with reason and the right to execute the order subject to advance payment of the total price before the shipment of the order.
In the event that you wish to return a product to our store yourself, or receive a service product from our store, you should only come every Wednesday from 09.00 am to 17.00 pm.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return the products due to a change of mind and to request a credit or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your parcel, the following terms also apply to purchases through the click away service. FREE return within 30 days ONLY applies for credit and NOT for refund.
Conditions for the right of withdrawal:
- The products to be returned must not have been used and must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Any use of the delivered products beyond what is necessary for their inspection upon delivery, cancels your right of return.
- In order to accept the return of the product, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.
- The customer must deliver the product to the company's head office solely at his own risk. The company does not undertake transport costs for the return of the product.
- Any returned product must first pass technical inspection, a process that can take a reasonable amount of time.
- The customer is responsible for indemnifying the company if he made use other than that which is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods in the period until the declaration of withdrawal. In case of opening the packaging or operation of the products, their value is automatically reduced as the product is classified as used and the customer must compensate the company for the reduction in the value of the product.
- If they are not returned within 14 days, then our company may not accept any return or product replacement. In any case, the maximum return period for replacement cannot be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable and the customer must bear the costs of returning the products.
- The product must be returned exclusively to our HEADQUARTERS, at your sole responsibility, costs and courier of your choice (except ELTA).
- The shipping costs of the replacement or credit are covered by the customer for countries outside of Greece.
- There is no possibility of Withdrawal for products that have been purchased with an invoice (1st paragraph 1 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Products cannot be returned without their original packaging or with damaged packaging, used, used or damaged, while the Company has the right to claim compensation even for unused products if they are returned strained, incomplete or damaged. In the case of product returns, it is not allowed to stick packaging labels and tapes on the packaging box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal excludes clothing products (underwear, corsets, socks, pantyhose, etc.), as well as linen (pillows, towels, sheets, duvet covers). Additional personal care & hygiene items such as shavers, hair clippers, epilators, cleaning or face and body care devices, creams, cosmetics, perfumes, earrings, massage devices, slimming belts, headphones, etc., as well as reusable straws, if unsealed or used , for purely sanitary reasons.
You are not entitled to withdrawal in the case of the supply of digital content (software) not provided on a physical medium.
Finally, products that have been purchased with an invoice are excluded (1a para. 1 of Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).
To start the return process, you must inform the company in writing via email [email protected] and make your withdrawal request known.
You should also fill out the special form you found in your package upon receipt, and include it in your return, complete with all the necessary fields required.
Returns under warranty
All our products have a 24-month warranty. Excluded are the batteries contained in the products which do not have a warranty.
The warranty does not cover products that have been used for professional use.
Many of our products may be labeled professional but this does not mean they can be used for professional use.
This warranty does not cover the consumable parts of electric vehicles and electrical devices after the end of 1 month and on the condition that they have been used in accordance with the conditions of use of the form we send you (e.g. charger, remote control, etc.).
The customer unconditionally accepts the terms of the guarantee upon receipt.
You have the right to return products that have a functional problem and to request their repair.
In case of inability to repair the defective product, the Company will replace the defective product with another of the same or similar technical specifications and in case of inability to replace, a credit will be issued for the next purchase.
You should notify the COMPANY of your request to use the product warranty in writing, by sending an email to [email protected], having completed the return form that you will find HERE.
Ideally you should include photos or videos that illustrate the problem and if this is not possible, then clearly and in detail state the problem that has arisen.
The company will inform you of the actions to be followed to solve the problem.
The product must be returned exclusively to our HEADQUARTERS, at your sole responsibility, costs and courier of your choice (except ELTA).
The return of the product can also be done during working hours and days (Monday - Friday 9-6) at the company's headquarters.
Terms and conditions for the Return within the 24-month Good Functioning Guarantee
- The product must be under warranty.
- The product has not been used in a way that violates the manufacturer's warranty.
- The product must be clean from any previous use, otherwise the Company has the right not to receive it.
- The product is accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (e.g. DAT, Retail Account, etc.).
- The product has not been tampered with by an unauthorized person.
- Damage does not result from accident, poor wiring, dropping, exposure to extremes of temperature, humidity, vibration or spilled liquids. Also not covered by warranty none kind of breaking the device from the moment it has been used.
Warranty and Service on Gym equipment
Our company provides a 2-year guarantee of good operation.
More specifically and due to the nature of the fitness equipment, the following applies to the guarantee of the individual parts:
- Electronic parts: 2 years
- Mechanical parts: 1 year
- Carpet: 1 year
In the event of an assembly error, the Warranty ceases to be valid.
In the event of damage, the customer service department must be informed, who will guide you in returning the product for inspection or for a technician to visit your location.
For products that have been purchased up to 30 days before, the return costs are borne by the company. After 30 days the costs are borne by the customer.
In case the customer wishes to have a technician visit his premises, the charge is 40 euros.
For products that have been purchased up to 30 days before, the visit costs are borne by the company.
The visit of a technician to the customer's premises is carried out by a specialized external partner and the cost is borne by the customer.
If the product you returned cannot be repaired, then you will receive a new one (or an equivalent one if the original one is missing), at the COMPANY's expense. In case of inability to send a corresponding product, you can request a credit to your account for a future purchase from our store or a refund.
In addition, we inform you that for products that are checked by the Service (regardless of the warranty) and do not present the mentioned problem, there is a charge of "No problem found" of 15 euros + VAT, to cover the administrative costs, and expenses return charges are borne entirely by the customer.
The product inspection and repair time is set at 10-15 days. If it is necessary to transport the product to the manufacturer, or spare parts are needed that are not available in Greece, the time can be adjusted to up to 40 working days. Times vary depending on time period and workload.
Refunds
In case you have requested a refund, it is useful to know that:
- The refund will be made the way you paid for your order.
- Any costs incurred for the delivery of the package to you (transport costs, cash on delivery costs) are not refunded.
- The company does not undertake nor is it obliged to cover any shipping and return costs, unless the contrary has been agreed through its communication with the customer.
- The refund can be made at the cooperating banks, Ethniki, Piraeus, Alpha bank, Viva wallet. In case the return is made to a different account, you will be charged with the bank charges.
