How does the Smart Points reward system work?
With every purchase you make you earn Smart points. Reward points are accumulated in your account, from where you can see at any time when and exactly how many points you have earned.
Is it necessary to have an account?
Yes, to be able to collect & redeem reward points you need to create an account and log in every time you shop. With the creation of a new account we offer you 1000 Smart points as an introductory gift! All the Smart points you have are stored and displayed together in your account, so that you can be updated and redeem them whenever you wish.
How and how many points do I collect?
On all products, the Smart points corresponding to them are indicated above the price. For every €1 purchase you earn 10 Smart points. For example, by buying 1 product that costs €10, you earn 100 Smart points. Every day you will also discover selected products that offer double the points with the Smartx2 badge. The points allocated to each product are calculated based on its price after discounts.
How do I redeem my points?
As soon as you log in to your account & place the desired products in the cart, the total points you have collected from previous purchases will be displayed as well as their value in euros. Every 200 Smart points corresponds to €1. You can redeem your points once you have accumulated 1000 points. If you wish to redeem the points you have accumulated, simply select the corresponding field & the extra discount will be applied directly to your order.
Do I have to redeem all the points I have accumulated?
You can redeem your points whenever you want, as long as you have accumulated at least 1000 points. Then for every 1000 points you collect, you should redeem them all together.
FAQ
1 I have completed my order but my points have not been added yet.
New points are added to your account upon payment of your order. In case you pay by cash on delivery, this is done in a few days (5 - 10 working days) after you pay the courier that will bring your order. Additionally, it can take up to 48 hours for points to appear in your account.
3 I want to place a phone order, will my points count?
Points are added to your account when you place your phone order, as long as you have previously created an E-dructer account.
