Return Form

You can return the product or products you bought within 14 days from the date you received it. FREE return within 30 days ONLY applies for credit and NOT for refund. You have the right to request the return of the product you received for the following cases:

• You received a defective product.
• We sent you a different product than what you ordered.

In this case, the product must not have been opened from its packaging, not used, and have all the manufacturer's labels and stickers.

• You don't like the product you bought and wish to exchange it for another one.
